SealGreen is a two part urethane sealant formulated to adhere directly to the concrete, brick, iron and mortar found in the frame/chimney area of precast and brick manholes. Once mixed, the brush applied material has a gel time of 20-30 minutes and a cured time of 24-48 hours depending on climate conditions. SealGreen cures in place to form a flexible water tight barrier to inflow & infiltration in the frame/chimney area.
